血清同型半胱氨酸与2型糖尿病肾病的相关性探讨

摘要 探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)在2型糖尿病肾病(T2DN)发生发展中的作用。方法:将110例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者按照24h尿微白蛋白排出率(Urinary albumin excretionrate,Uaer)分为DN组(Uaer〉30mg/24h)和NDN(Nan diabetic nephropathy,糖尿病非肾病)组(Uaer〈30mg/24h),分别为56例和54例,另选择58例健康者为对照组(NC)。用全自动生化分析仪检测Hcy、空腹血糖(Fasting blood glucose,FBG)。结果:DN组Hcy显著高于NDN组(P〈0.01),NDN组Hcy又高于Nc组(P〈0.01)。结论:血清同型半胱氨酸与DN相关。高Hcy是DN发生的危险因子。 Objective: To investigate the Hey (serum homoeysteine) and DN (diabetic nephropathy) correlation. Methods: 110cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients in accordance with 24h Uaer (urinary albumin excretion rate) were divided into DN group (Uaer 〉 30mg/24h) and NDN group (Uaer 〈30mg/24h), respectively 56 cases and 54cases, another 58 healthy persons as NC group. Using automatic biochemical analyzer to detect the Hey, FBG (Fasting blood glucose). Results: In DN group, Hey was significantly higher than the NDN group (P 〈0. 01 ), NDN in group Hey was higher than that of NC group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: serum homoeysteine is associated with DN, Hey is a risk factor for the occurrence of DN.
