Ⅱizarov技木结合早期康复治疗胫骨感梁性骨缺损的临床观察

Clinical observation of Posttraumati infective tibial defects by Ⅱizarov technique combine with early rehabilitation

探讨使用Ⅱizarov技术结合早期康复训练治疗创伤后胫骨感染性骨缺损患者的临床疗效。方法:对2008年4月~2015年2月期间我科使用Ⅱizarov技术结合早期康复训练治疗的96例创伤后胫骨感染性骨缺损患者进行回顾性分析,评价患者的治疗效果,总结临床经验。结果:随访11月~6年,所有患者缺损处全部达到骨性愈合,按治疗计划拆除Ⅱizarov外固定器,无患者出现严重并发症。结论:应用Ⅱ-izarov技术治疗创伤后胫骨感染性骨缺损效果确切,结合早期康复训练措施,确保了手术疗效。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacys of posttraumati cinfective tibial defects by using ilizarov technique combine with early rehabilitation. Methods:Retrospective summary efficacys of 96 patients with posttraumati infective tibial defects by ilizarov technique combine with early rehabilitation,evaluation of the patient's curative effect, summary clinica experience. Results:All patients were followed up for from l lmonths to 6 years. In all cases, the bone union was achieved in defect part, all the patients remove the ilizarov external fixation according to the treatment plan and no patients appear serious eomphcations. Conelusion:Uizarov technique is an obvious effective procedure to cure the posttraumati infective tibial defects, early rehabilitation ensure the operation curative effect.
