浅谈人事档案管理工作存在的问题及完善对策

探讨人事档案管理目前主要存在人事档案内容失真,档案管理水平低,管理手段落后;人事档案收集工作力度不够;人档分离的情况愈加严重;人事档案材料内容质量不高;人事档案管理的信息化程度不高。材料不全,员工对人事档案管理意识淡薄,管理方式落后,档案收集的对象范围太窄、整理不规范等问题。方法:为使人事档案的管理趋于更加完善,就要提高档案管理人员的素质,注重人事档案材料收集,健全制度,进一步规范档案资料管理,加强人事档案管理现代化和信息化建设。档案工作如何与时俱进,加快发展,这就要求通过改善人事档案管理制度,采用现代化科学管理手段,全方位提高档案管理人员素质等措施。结果:随着我国政治经济的不断深入,人事档案管理,人事制度改革,档案管理信息化、规范化、制度化迫在眉睫,人事档案管理工作面临着新的挑战,使人事档案管理更科学、更实用。

Meth- otis: to make the management of personnel files tend to be more perfect, to improve the quality of the file management, pay attention to the collection of archival material, personnel and improve the system, to further standardize the management of personnel files, to strengthen the archives management modernization and informatization construction. The archives work to keep pace with the times, speed up development, which requires the improvement of the personnel file management system, the use of modem means of scientific management, improve the comprehensive quality of the personnel archives management measures. Results : with the deepening of China' s political economy, the management of personnel flies, personnel system reform, informa- tion, archives management standardization, institutionalization of imminent, management of personnel archives work is facing new challenges, the per- sonnel file management more scientific, more practical.
