摘要
分析细节管理在消毒供应宣护理管理中的临床应用价值和效果。方法:选取2011年12月-2014年12月我院消毒供应室的医务人员32例为实验研究对象,对其实施细节管理前后护理工作质量和护理满意度情况进行分析和比较。结果:实施细节管理前护理工作质量合格率以及临床满意度的各项指标的评分情况均明显优于实施细节护理前,数据差异具有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。结论:在消毒供应室护理管理中细节管理的运用,可以提高护理工作质量的合格率,提高了各项临床护理满意度指标,具有显著的临床护理效果,值得在护理工作中大力的推广和运用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical, application value and effect of detail management in nursing management in disinfection supply room. Methods: from December 2011 to December 2014 in our hospital disinfection supply room staff 32cases as the object of study, on the implementa- tion details before and after the administration of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction situation for analysis and comparison. Results: implementation details management of nursing quality qualified rate and indicators the data difference has statistical significance (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: in the nurs- ing management of serilization and supply room management details use, have significant clinical nursing effect, worth in the nursing work vigorously popularize and utilize.
