前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效分析

前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效分析。方法:本文选取我院于2014年01月-2015年05月收治的76例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用黄芪注射液治疗,治疗组采用前列地尔治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生率结果。结果:治疗组的治疗总有效率为97.37%,对照组的治疗总有效率为73.68%,两组结果对比存在显著性差异(P〈0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:慢性肾功能衰竭患者采用前列地尔用药后,可以明显减少不良反应症状出现,促进患者病情有效控制和稳定,值得在临床中推广应用。
