眼眶黏膜相关淋巴瘤一例并文献复习

总结眼眶黏膜相关淋巴瘤的诊治经验。方法:回顾性分析1例眼眶相关淋巴瘤的临床资料并结合文献复习,讨论临床表现、病理特点及治疗措施。结果:该例患者经手术切除后再局部放疗,随访6-年,未出现复发及严重放疗副反应。结论:眼眶黏膜相关淋巴瘤,手术联合放疗,治疗效果好。

Objective: to summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of orbital mucosa associated lymphoma of. Methods: retrospective analysis the clinical data of 1 case of orbital lymphoma associated and combining with literature review, discussion of clinical manifestation, pathological characteristics and treatment measures. Results: the patients after surgical removal of the local radiotherapy, 6 - year follow - up, no recurrence and serious radiotherapy side effects. Conclusion: orbital mucosa associated lymphoma, surgery combined radiotherapy, treatment effect is good.
