对血液透析患者采用舒适护理模式的效果观察

探究舒适护理在血液透析护理中的应用效果。方法:将我院2011年5月至2013年5月之间进行血液透析的120例患者随机的分为两组,对照组的60例患者采取常规的护理方法进行护理,而观察组的60例患者采取舒适护理方法进行护理,对两组患者的护理效果进行分析。结果:通过两组的护理效果对比分析,其中观察组的患者透析中并发症明显的低于对照组的情况,比较具有显著性的差异(P〈0.05),统计学有意义,而观察组患者在透析后的护理满意度和舒适度均明显的高于对照组的情况,两组的比较具有显著性的差异(P〈0.05),统计学有意义。结论:在血液透析的护理工作中开展舒适护理具有较好的护理效果,并且降低透析过程中出现的并发症,大大地提高了患者的护理舒适度和满意度,值得临床护理中应用推广。

Objective: to explore the effect of comfort nursing in hemodialysis nursing. Methods: from May 2013 to May 2011, 120 patients with hemodialysis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 60 patients taking conventional nursing care, while the observation group of 60 patients taking comfort nursing, the nursing effect of two groups of patients were analyzed. Results: through the two groups of nursing effect analysis, in which the observation group of patients with complications of dialysis in patients with significantly less complications than the control group, compared with significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ), statistically significant, while the observation group of patients in the nursing satisfaction and comfort were signifi- cantly higher than the control group, the two groups were significantly different ( P 〈 0. 05 ), statistically significant. Conclusion: comfort nursing has good effect in the nursing work of hemodialysis, and it can reduce the complications in the course of hemodialysis, and greatly improve the comfort degree and satisfaction degree of patients.
