利用医院信息化手段改善就医环节的几点措施

摘要 本文作者经过充分的实践调研,结合智慧城市、智慧卫生,力推信息化集成平台建设,通过完善现有的医院信息系统软件,对原有的门诊流程进行优化及再造,创新方法减少病人排长队的问题,打造更加完善的就医信息流程,让患者能够有更好的就医新体验。这对提升医院品牌、提高患者满意度及改善医患矛盾有着积级的促进作用。 combining with the smart city and WIT120, the author of this paper tries to promote the construction of information integration platform after full practice and investigations. By improving the existing hospital information system software, optimizing and reconstituting the original outpatient service process and innovating approaches, this paper tries to reduce the patient' s queueing time , create a more perfect medical information process, and give the patient better medical treatment experience. This study would have a positive effect on improving the hospital brand, patient satisfaction and reducing the contradictions between doctors and patients.
