摘要
手术专项绩效管理办法是医院绩效管理的重要环节。本文以RBRVS为基础,采用超额累进制的核算办法,建立起一套起既能体现手术大小、负荷、质量与风险,又能体现公平和效率,还能兼顾非工作日绩效和二次分配的手术专项绩效管理办法。
Surgery performance management is a key part of hospital performance management. Based on the RBRVS and progressive rule, a surgery performance system which can not only measure surgery difficulty, workload, quality and risk, but also reflect equity and efficiency, as well as second allocation is established.
