在国内医疗体制改革进程中,不同级别医疗机构之间医疗资源配置的结构性矛盾是新医改面临的突出问题。患者作为医疗机构的主要服务对象,其就医选择受到一系列主客观因素影响。作者以影响患者就医选择的因素为切入点,从患方、医方和政策三个方面提出优化建议,为促进基层卫生机构的良性发展和推进分级诊疗模式的实现提供依据。

In the process of healthcare reform, structural contradiction of healthcare resources among different levels is the most outstanding problem. As the main objects of medical care, patients are affected by many subjective and objective factors in choosing medical service. Taking the elements affected the choice of medical service as the break-through point, this article puts forward optimization suggestion in perspectives of patients, hospitals and policy, which can provide basis for advancing better development of community medical and health care service system and promoting hierarchical medical system.
