摘要
目的:基于可持续发展视角,了解北京市护理人员对优质护理的满意度现状,并探讨有利于优质护理可持续发展的可能对策。方法:对北京市6所医院护理人员进行立意分层抽样问卷调查。结果:共发放问卷1023份,收回1021份,有效问卷998份,问卷回收率为99.80%,有效回收率97.75%。护理人员对优质护理的参与意愿、认可程度、支持程度均值依次为3.13、3.28和3.33分,满意度一般。结论:基于对可持续发展内在动力的考量,为了促进优质护理可持续发展,护理人员对优质护理的满意度有待进一步提高,应引起护理管理者及相关管理部门的高度重视;建议除发挥加大投入、增进护患和谐及必要的资金、政策倾斜等保健因素作用外,还应重点关注建立科学有效的绩效评价和激励机制,特别是为护理人员提供清晰的职业发展前景等激励因素。
Objectives: To understand the status of nurses' satisfaction on high quality nursing care in Beijing and explore the possible solutions to make for the sustainable development based on a perspective of sustainable development. Methods: Purposeful stratified sampling questionnaire to nurses were carried out in six hospitals of Beijing. Results: 1023 questionnaire were distributed and 1021 were recovered, 998 of which are effective, the rate of recovery of questionnaire is 99.80%; the effective rate of recovery is 97.75%. The means of the willingness to participate in High Quality Nursing Care, the extent of recognition and degree of support are 3.13, 3.28 and 3.33, show the general satisfaction. The advices of solution to hence the degree of satisfaction are playing roles of hygiene factors such as increasing investment, improving harmony of nurses and patients, necessary capital inputting, tilting policy and so on, in addition, pay more attention on motivators like building the scientific and efficient mechanism of performance evaluation and motivation, especially describing clear career development prospects for nurses. Conclusions: Base on thinking over the inner power of sustainable development, in order to nudge up the level of sustainable development on High Quality Nursing Care, the satisfaction of nurses on High Quality Nursing Care remain to be improved, which nursing administrators and relative administrative sectors should pay more attention to.
