摘要
新医改背景下,公立医院管理创新应当动员更多的医院员工主动关心并全程参与。通过对现代医院管理的创新价值进行阐述,并以南京医科大学附属无锡第二医院开展医院管理"创新工场"的实践为例,介绍了该院在医院领导、医院管理者和医院员工三个层面分别开展医院管理创新实践的做法和成效。
In the context of new healthcare reform, public hospital management innovation has to encourage the initiative and concern from more staff. This paper explains the innovative value of modern hospital management and introduces the practice and effects of hospital management innovation from the perspectives of hospital leader, hospital administrator, and common staff by displaying the example of Innovation Workshop.
