某三甲医院临床医生感知信任度及其影响因素探讨

Discussion on clinician perceived trust and its influence factors in a tertiary hospital

目的:探讨贵州某三甲医院医生感知信任度水平及其影响因素,为医院医患关系的改善提供理论依据。方法:从贵州某三甲医院随机抽取280名临床科室医生进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷263份,采用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果:某三甲医院临床医生感知信任度得分为36.34分,感知信任度水平较高;不同性别医生感知病人对自己的信任度水平差异不显著;主治医生所感知到病人对自己仁爱心的信任和总的信任度水平显著低于住院医生(P<0.05);儿科医生感知信任度水平显著高于其他科室;内科、外科、妇科各科室间医生感知信任度水平差异不显著,急诊科医生感知信任度水平最低。结论:某三甲医院医生感知信任度水平较高,不同科室、职称医生的感知信任度水平不同,有关部门应从实际出发以提高医生感知信任度水平,以促进医患关系改善。

Objectives： To investigate the clinicians＇ perceived trust and its influencing factors in a tertiary hospital in Guizhou in order to provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of the doctor-patient relationship. Methods： Randomly selected 280 physicians from clinical department in the hospital to have a questionnaire and received 263 valid questionnaires in total. PSS 17.0 was used to have a statistical analysis. Results： It shows the clinicians have a relatively high level of the perceived trust with a score of 36.34. There is no signii cant dif erence in the dif erent genders. Overall, the coni dence level that physician- in- charge has perceived from patients was significantly lower than resident physician（p=0.017, p=0.028）. Compared with other departments, paediatricians have the highest level of trust, and emergency department physicians have the lowest level whereas the dif erence among physicians, surgeons and gynaecologists are not significant. Conclusions： The sited hospital in Guizhou has a high clinicians＇ trust from patients. The result may vary from dif erent departments and the title of doctors. It needs to further improve clinicians＇ perceived trust and promote doctor-patient relationship.
