摘要
本文结合工程实例,探讨大中型体育建筑的功能定位,及运营与经营的关系,提出政府主导建设的体育建筑应该是非营利的、公益性的,并据此进行功能定位与长期运营。
Combining engineering cases, this paper discusses the function orientation and the relation of operation and management of the large and medium-sized sports buildings, and then points out that the construction of government-led sports buildings should be non-profit and for public welfare, based on which it engages in the function orientation and the long-term operation.
