基于使用频率的大型体育建筑功能策划探析

RESEARCH ON THE FUNCTIONAL PLANNING OF LARGE SPORTS BUILDING BASED ON THE FREQUENCY OF USE

随着社会发展,大型体育建筑的功能日益复合化,投资和使用主体日益多元化,传统的基于单一赛事功能的体育建筑策划已经不能适应市场需要。本文从新形势下大型体育建筑的功能构成和发展趋势入手,结合案例分析,研究大型体育建筑可持续利用特征和不同功能的使用频率,以运营为导向,提出基于使用频率的大型体育建筑功能策划的思路和方向。

With the development of society, the functions of large sports buildings are more and more compound and the kinds of investors and users are more and more diversified, so the traditional sports building planning based on the single competition function can＇t adapt to the market needs. Through analyzing the functional composition, the developing trend and the cases, this paper studies the use frequency of different functions and the characteristics of large sports buildings＇ sustainable use, and also from the perspective of the operation, this paper offers some suggestions on the functional planning of large sports building based on the frequency of use.
