摘要
针对我国新型城镇化发展战略的要求,提出城市设计在城市发展建设中的重要作用。探讨了城市设计在评价标准方面的争议,总结了地方实践与探索领域中的城市设计典型模式,阐述了城市设计法规环境和市场环境中的问题和对策,最后,提出生态城市设计的主要研究内容和技术体系,并指出生态城市设计将成为未来城市的可持续发展方向。
According to the requirements of New-type Urbanization, this paper discusses the important function of urban design. It reviews the controversy of the evaluation standards of urban design, and summarizes its typical patterns in local practices. Furthermore, the paper explains the problems and strategies of legal environment and market environment for urban design. Finally, the paper puts forward the major research contents and technology system of ecological urban design, and points out that the ecological-based urban design will be the future direction of sustainable development in China.
