基于构建城市水道网络的城市设计思考

有特色的城市形态是城市社会经济发展的空间承载,在强调发展质量的新型城镇化背景下,城市空间形态的精细化与再提升具有巨大潜力。文章通过分析水利文明与城市发展的交互过程,以及人工水道的价值探索,认为水道系统的梳理与营造、依托水系统的空间形态品质提升可促进经济社会生态等多元价值的增长。在城市开发、旧城更新中应充分注意利用水的要素,通过还原历史水系或创造人工水道、优化滨水系统等方法生成具有整体性、连续性的城市视觉意象与水系功能结构。水道与城市的良好融合,既需要设计方法的梳理,还需要城市设计范式的完善,特别是城市设计、水利工程、景观系统的综合统筹。

Under the background of new-type urbanization, urban form and environment feature are the special carrier of social and economic development, which have a great potential to be refined and improved. This article analyzes the interaction of hydraulic civilization and urban development, as well as the value of the canals to explore. Teasing out and reconstructing the canal system, advancing the special quality of canal form, these methods could promote the growth of the multiple value for economic, social and ecology. Projects in the city new development and the old town renewal, should make full use of the elements of water. Methods such as recover history canals, create new canals, optimize the waterway system, can generate a integrity, continuity city visua magery and waterways system function structure. In order to combine the waterways with urban form, we need to summarize methods for urban design, and improve the urban design paradigm, especially composite urban design, hydraulic engineering and landscape system as a whole
