摘要
以自制活性氧化铝作为固体吸附除湿材料,对低温空气除湿性能进行实验研究。讨论了进口空气流量、含湿量、温度对固体除湿性能的影响。结果表明:活性氧化铝在湿空气进口流速为1.5 m/s时的除湿量比3.5 m/s时平均多6%,湿空气进口含湿量为6.964 g/kg干空气时的除湿量比3.028 g/kg干空气时平均高出56%,湿空气进口温度为12℃时的除湿量比14℃时平均多出5.2%。同时对比了湿空气进口温度为低温12℃时的除湿量比常温20℃时平均高出22.69%。
Homemade activated alumina is used as a solid desiccant materials to conduct an experiment study on low-tem-perature air dehumidification performance and the influences of inlet wet air flow ,moisture content and temperature on solid dehumidification performance are discussed .The results show that the active alumina dehumidification capacity with the wet air inlet velocity ratio of 1 .5 m/s is 6% higher than that of 3 .5 m/s;when the wet air inlet moisture content is 6 .964 g/kg dry air ,the dehumidification capacity is 56% higher than that of 3 .028 g/kg dry air;when the wet air inlet temperature is 12℃ ,it is 5 .2% higher than that of 14 ℃ .It is compared the wet air inlet temperature 12 ℃ with 20 ℃ ,the dehumidifica-tion of the former is 22 .69% higher than that of the latter .
