武汉市中小型木质家具制造企业职业病危害分析

Analysis of Occupational Hazards about Small and Medium Sized Wooden Furniture Manufacturing Enterprises in Wuhan

对武汉市49家中小型木质家具制造企业进行职业卫生调查,并对工作场所的职业病危害因素进行检测。49家木质家具制造企业在职业病防护设施、个体防护用品、职业卫生管理上均存在不同程度的问题,工作场所木粉尘、苯、甲苯、二甲苯浓度、噪声强度不合格率分别为46.0%,51.6%,9.2%,21.6%,35.1%。针对目前武汉市中小型木质家具制造企业职业病危害程度严重、企业职业卫生管理水平低等问题,从改善生产作业环境和提高企业职业卫生管理水平等方面提出了建议。

The occupational health in 49 small and medium sized wooden furniture enterprises of Wuhan is investigated and the occupational hazards in the working places are tested .There exist problems in aspects of occupation-disease-prevention facilities ,PPE and occupational health management in the 49 enterprises and the failure rate of wood dust ,benzene ,toluene , xylene concentration and noise strength is 46 .0% ,51 .6% ,9 .2% ,21 .6% and 35 .1% respectively .According to the severity of occupational diseases hazards in wooden furniture enterprises of Wuhan and low occupational health management level of enterprises ,some suggestions are put forward to improve the working environment and occupational health management level of enterprises .
