摘要
本文介绍了基于结构性能信息生成空间形态的数字设计探索。"墙"这一基本建筑元素被选作设计的原型,通过结构分析得到的内力分布信息被用来对基本几何体量的m e s h模型进行变形,生成了既熟悉又陌生的类似藤蔓或海洋生物的形态。在这个"信息生成形态"的数字化流程中,对于性能的纯理性诉求被弱化,更着力于创造出结构基本合理、形式自然新颖的新的空间形态,而对于形式审美的追求则通过对参数组合的选择渗入到作品中。最后,尝试使用3种不同的快速成型工艺建造这一作品,并对不同工艺进行对比。
This article introduces a tentative exploration of form generation based on the structural performance. The wall, as one of the basic architectural elements, turns into a familiar and strange form like a vine or a marine animal through the transformation of its basic mesh volume controlled the internal forces distribution from the structural analysis. In the process of information generating form, the pursuing of performance is deemphasized and more effort is put on creating new forms which has basic reasonable structure. The requirement of aesthetics is blended into the work through the parameter combination. Finally, 3 rapid prototyping technologies are employed to realize the design and their features are compared.
