Mixed-use Strategy In Urban Renewal: Shantou Historical District Urban Design

混合使用指土地和空间在使用时的兼容与混合状态,混合使用理念作为有效指导分配和整合城市要素的理念,在历史城区更新领域却并没有得到详细的探讨。文章以汕头市历史城区城市设计为例,通过对其现状调研、设计过程和设计结果的解析,总结了现状基地存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出了基于混合使用理念的设计策略,同时提出了相关讨论议题,以期为历史城区改造提供一定的思考方向。

Mixed use in urban studies refers to the compatible functions in land use and space, yet the concept is not well implemented in historical district renewal. The paper takes Shantou historical district urban design case, analyzes status quo survey, design process and proposal, concludes the major problems of the site, and puts forwards mixed use strategy in relevant issues of urban renewal.
