摘要
徐州市高铁生态商务区概念规划依托区域生态资源条件和区位优势,融合规划理念,确定区域总体定位。规划通过水系整治和绿地系统规划,构建区域生态空间;从基地与周边城市组团的功能融合进行考虑,构建区域总体用地结构;从"公交优先、组团发展和分区调控"等策略入手,构建区域道路网络系统;从整体设计出发,构建"两廊契入、水绿织脉、两轴交汇、多区辉映"的规划结构。
The conceptual planning Xuzhou High speed railway eco-business park raises planning concept and orientation based on ecology and location. The plan reorganizes water system and green system for the creation of eco-space; establishes land use structure by site-vicinity integration; builds road network with ＂transit priority, unit development, and zoning control＂ strategies; and forms a ＂two corridors, water and greenery interwoven, two axes intersection, multi-areas＂ structure.
