摘要
作者基于在北京历史街区中养老服务设施的设计实践,总结方案设计和建设宴施中的关键难点与应对策略,分析老城区养老体系的基础条件和主要问题,提出中国老城区养老宜居建设的发展趋势。
Based on the design and practice of elderly service facilities in Beijing＇s historical districts, the author summarizes the major difficulties and corresponding strategies in design and construction, analyses the basic conditions and main problems of the pension system in old urban districts, and proposes the development trend of livable elderly facilities in China＇s old urban districts.
