Community-Based Integrated Elderly Care Facilities:Development,Advantages and Challenges

本文介绍了近年来发达国家的社会养老服务向"社区化""综合化"变化的趋势,对各国的相关制度模型做了文献回顾,并总结了社区综合养老服务设施的特点与优势。在此基础上,基于对先行政策规范的分析,针对我国在推广此类设施的过程中面临的规模确定、空间设置、人员安排等主要问题提出了设想和建议。

This paper introduces the new concepts of ＂community-based elderly care＂ and ＂integrated elderly care＂ in old-age service systems in developed countries, reviews related literature on system models in different countries, and summarizes the characteristics and advantages of community-based integrated elderly care facilities. In addition, based on the analysis of current policies and regulations, proposals are made concerning some major problems in the popularization of such facilities in China, including scale definition, space utilization and staff arrangement.
