摘要
屋顶绿化是在不占用土地的情况下改善城市环境的理想手段,对于丰富城市景观的作用日渐凸显。随着近年来屋顶绿化的开展,在实际工程施工中出现了很多对原设计不了解,施工中不细致、不规范等实际问题,有些甚至影响到建筑结构的安全。主要针对屋顶花园的施工流程、节点细部处理以及后期养护,详尽解析了建造屋顶花园应注意的问题,在保证建筑安全的同时,满足设计对景观的要求,使每一个屋顶绿化工程都成为一个安全可靠、景观效果良好的精品工程。
Roof greening is an ideal way to improve the urban environment without the use of land, and the increase of urban green space is equivalent to the collection of small garden green space. With the development of roof greening in recent years, there were many practical problems in the actural construction, such as not understanding the original design, and being not detailed or standardized in construction, and some of them even affected the safety of building structure. This paper analyzes in detail the problems that should be paid attention to in the construction of roof garden mainly from the aspects of the construction process, node detail processing and later maintenance, in order to ensure the construction safety and meet the requirements of the design on landscape as well, and make each roof greening project a safe and reliable, good landscape one.
