提高世界遗产监测有效性的思考和研究--以苏州古典园林监测为例

Thinking and Research on Improving the Effectiveness of the World Heritage Monitoring——A Case Study of Suzhou Classical Gardens Monitoring

中国世界遗产监测开展比较早,但距离建立全面、系统、科学、有效的世界遗产预防性保护体系尚有较大差距,在实际工作中还存在不少模糊认识和做法,阻碍了我国世界遗产监测工作的健康发展。从提高遗产监测有效性这个关键点入手,针对当前普遍存在的问题,包括遗产监测与日常保护管理的关系、到底要建立怎样的数据库、如何发挥监测数据的作用、实现遗产监测长效化的关键在哪里等进行深度思考,结合实践经验,提出建设性、可操作性的意见。

The World Heritage monitoring was started very early in China, but there is still a big gap to establish a comprehensive, systemic, scientific and effective World Heritage preventive protection system, and in practical work there are many fuzzy understandings and practices, which hindered the healthy development of Chinese World Heritage monitoring work. Starting from the key point of improving the effectiveness of heritage monitoring, the current prevalent problems, such as the relationship between the preservation of heritage monitoring and daily management, how to build a database, how to make the monitoring data function, and the key to long-term monitoring, was deeply thought over, and combined with practical experience, the constructive operability opinions are put forward.
