新型毒品与海洛因滥用者MMPI结果分析

Analysis of MMPI test in synthetic drug abusers and heroin abuers

目的:探讨新型毒品滥用者和海洛因滥用者人格特点。方法:采用"明尼苏达多项人格调查表(MMPI)"对183例海洛因滥用者和149例新型毒品滥用者进行测试,将结果分别与中国常模进行对照,以及两组间进行对照。结果:在男性组中,与中国常模比较,新型毒品滥用者和海洛因滥用者临床量表分别在Hs、D、Hy、Pd、Pa、Sc、Ma和Hs、D、Hy、Pd、Mf、Pa、Ma、Si有明显差异。新型毒品与海洛因滥用者比较,在Hs、D、Pa、Sc、Ma、Si有明显差异。在女性组中,与中国常模比较,新型毒品滥用者与海洛因滥用者临床量表分别在Mf、Pa、Sc、Hy、Pd、Ma、Si和Hs、D、Hy、Pd、Mf、Pa、Ma、Si有明显差异。新型毒品与海洛因滥用者比较在D、Hy、Sc、Ma有显著性差异。结论:新型毒品滥用者与海洛因滥用者存在着严重的人格问题,新型毒品滥用者与海洛因滥用者心理问题有所不同,在临床工作中应针对不同情况进行有效心理干预与指导。

Objective： To explore the personality characteristics between synthetic drug abusers and heroin abusers. Methods： With Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory（ MMPI Chinese version）,183 synthetic drug abusers and 149 heroin abusers were tested and the results were compared with the Chinese norm and analyzed. Results： In the male abusers,compared with the Chinese norm,the clinical scales results of synthetic drug abusers and heroin abusers were significant different in the Hypochondriasis,Depression,Hysteria Psychopathic deviate,Paranoia Schizophrenia,Hypomania and Hypochondriasis,Depression,Hysteria,Psychopathic deviate,Masculinity-femininity,Paranoia,Hypomania,Social introversion,respectively,and there were significant differences between synthetic drug and heroin abusers in the scales of Hypochondriasis,Depression,Paranoid,Schizophrenia,Hypomania,Social introversion of MMPI. While in the female,the scales of Depression,Hysteria,Schizophrenia,Hypomania of MMPI were very high. Compared with the Chinese norm,the clinical scales results of synthetic drug abusers and heroin abusers were significant different in the Masculinityfemininity,Paranoia,Schizophrenia,Hysteria,Psychopathic deviate,Hypomania,Social introversion and Hypochondriasis,Depression,Hysteria,Psychopathic deviate,Masculinity-femininity,Paranoia,Hypomania,Social introversion,respectively,and there were significant differences between synthetic drug and heroin abusers in the scales of Depression,Hypomania,Schizophrenia,Social introversion of MMPI. Conclusion： Both new synthetic drug abusers and heroin abusers have severe personality problems,but they have different psychological problems. Effective psychological intervention and guidance should be provided in different clinical situations.
