贵州美沙酮门诊药品安全管理现况分析

Analysis on the current situation of drug safety management in Guizhou methadone clinic

目的:了解贵州美沙酮维持治疗门诊药品管理现状,分析存在的问题,为保障门诊药品安全管理提供科学依据。方法:组织省内专家现场对贵州美沙酮门诊进行专门的药品安全管理调查,了解各门诊的药品管理情况。结果:贵州部分美沙酮维持治疗门诊在人员配置、人员培训、药品管理方法等方面与国家的要求有一定差距。结论:贵州美沙酮维持治疗工作处于全国较为领先水平,但在药品安全管理上仍然存在较多问题,制定科学的管理制度、改善门诊执业资质和人员执业资质、提高门诊工作人员药品安全。管理水平和意识是贵州美沙酮门诊药品安全管理的重点。

Objective： In order to analyze the existing problems,and provide scientific basis for the protection of drug safety management,understanding the current situation of drug administration in Guizhou methadone maintenance treatment. Methods： Organized the experts in field of methadone clinics in Guizhou province to investigate the drug safety management,understand the drug management status in MMT clinics. Results： There were certain gap between some MMT clinics in Guizhou in staffing,personnel training,the methods of drug management from the requirements of the country. Conclusion： The work in MMT clinic of Guizhou is in the leading level in China,but there are still more problems on drug safety management. It is the focus to establish scientific management system,to improve the clinic practicing qualification and personnel qualifications. Improve the level of drug safety management and awareness of the outpatient service staff is the key point of the Guizhou methadone clinic drug safety management.
