旴江流域戏曲文化及对喉科发展的影响

The Folk Opera Culture in Xujiang Basin and Its Effect to Laryngology

江西旴江流域自古戏曲文化繁荣,戏曲一词最早由宋代旴江南丰刘壎提出,南丰傩原始古朴为戏曲摇篮,广昌孟戏表演形式独特传承数百年而不衰,宜黄腔为国粹京剧的主要声腔来源之一。旴江文人积极参与戏曲创作,宜黄乐史两部小说为诸多戏曲剧本来源,徐奋鹏删定《西厢记》《琵琶记》,为戏曲流变奠定基础。临川汤显祖创作《临川四梦》,流芳后世,成一代剧作家。地方戏曲文化的兴盛使戏曲从业人员剧增,也使喉科疾病预防与治疗的需求大大增加,医生的喉科临床实践日益积累,理论总结日益提高,从而促使旴江流域中医喉科的发展领先其他地区,出现最早的喉科专书,最早的喉科医生,形成病症分类详备、治疗方法圆通、学术影响深远的旴江喉科。

Xujiang literati actively participated in drama creation, Yihuang Opera History, the two novels are the script source for many operas, and XU Fen- peng edited THE ROMANCE OF THE WESTERN CHAMBER and THE STORY OF PI- PA, established the foundation for the opera development. Linchuan TANG Xian - zu created LINCHUAN FOUR DREAMSwhich with a good reputation, and became a famous playwright. The prosperity of the local opera culture made drama practitioners＇ surge, also made the greatly increased demand in the prevention and treatment of ENT diseases. The doctor∽ throat clinical practice had been accumula- ted, theoretical summary increasingly improved, thus it contributed to the laryngology in TCM development in the Xujiang basin was a- head of other regions.
