不同澄清剂对复方安神片水提液精制效果的影响

Study on Refining Effect of Different Clarifying Agents on Water Extract of Compound Sedative Tablets

目的:考察甲壳素和ZTC1+1-II型澄清剂法对复方安神片水提液的精制效果。方法:以固形物去除率、总皂苷保留率为考察指标,采用单因素考察法,优选最佳精制方法并作对比研究。结果:甲壳素澄清剂处理后的溶液固形物去除率54.57%,总皂苷保留率为81.21%,ZTC1+1-II型澄清剂处理后的溶液固形物去除率42.75%,总皂苷保留率为83.73%,两组总皂苷保留率无明显差异,但前者固形物去除率明显高于后者。结论:本实验选择甲壳素澄清法精制复方安神片水提液。

Objective： To investigate chitin and ZTC1 ＋ 1- II- type clarifier sedative tablets of compound purification effect of water extracts. Methods： solids removal,retention rate of total saponins investigation index,using single factor method,the preferred method for purifying the best and make a comparative study. Results： After the solid solution treated chitin clarify removal 54. 57%,81. 21%retention rate of total saponins,solid solution ZTC1 ＋ 1- II- type clarifying agent treatment removal 42. 75%,total saponins retention rate 83. 73 % respectively of total saponins retention rate was no significant difference,but the former solids removal was significantly higher than the latter. Conclusion： This experiment selected chitin method refining water extract of sedative tablets.
