赴大陆就读台湾中医药研究生职业教育探索——以福建中医药大学为例

The Exploration of Vocational Education of Taiwan Students Who Go to the Mainland to Attend TCM Postgraduates-- Taking Fujian University of TCM for Instance

分析了当前赴大陆就读台湾中医药研究生教育的现状及存在问题,提出应根据生源的特点,借鉴职业教育的经验,通过制定更为宽松灵活和多样化的培养目标,创新培养方式,转变质量观、改进质量评价标准等途径,来提高赴大陆就读台湾中医药研究生的职业教育水平。

The article analyzed the present situation and existence questions of vocational education of Taiwan students who go to the mainland to attend TCM postgraduates. It presented that we should accord the characteristics of student pool,draw lessons from vocational education,draft flexible and variety goals,innovative cultivation mode,convert quality view and ameliorate quality appraising standard to improve the vocational education of Taiwan students who go to the mainland to attend TCM postgraduates.
