中医药抑制STAT3抗肿瘤的研究进展

Progress of Chinese Medicine to Inhibit STAT3 Tumor Resistance

STAT3是由生长因子、细胞因子等多肽类配体激活的一类转录因子蛋白,研究表明STAT3的异常活化会导致肿瘤细胞的异常增殖和恶性转化,与肿瘤的发生进展密切相关。近年来以STAT3蛋白为靶点抗肿瘤成为国内外学者研究的热点。本文就STAT3信号传导通路对不同免疫细胞的影响及目前中医药干预STAT3发挥抗肿瘤的研究进展作一综述。

STAT3 is a transcription factor protein activated by polypeptide ligands such as growth factor,cytokine. The study show that the abnormal activation of STAT3 may lead toabnormal proliferation and malignant transformation of tumor cells,and closely related to the development and progression of tumor. Targeted to STAT3 protein had become the hotpot in antitumor study in recent years. This paper reviewed the research progress of STAT3 signal transduction pathway to different immune cells,and to summarize the interventioneffect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in STAT3.
