摘要
近十年来,西藏的旅游业发展势头迅猛,在取得良好的经济效益和社会效益的同时,也对西藏旅游项目开发、资源协调开发、季节平衡、产品开发和市场管理提出了更高期望和要求。针对目前西藏夏季(旺季)旅游和冬季(淡季)旅游失衡问题,应通过开发冬季观鸟线路,融合本地独具特色的民族产业,充分调动西藏的文化和生态资源优势,发挥文化资源与生态资源的合力优势,丰富冬季旅游项目的内涵,从而推动西藏冬季旅游的快速发展。
According to the statisticsthe number of tourists increased from 686,100 to 15,530,O00and the tourism revenue from 75,100 RMB to 204 ,000 ,000RMB over the last 14 years (2001-2014).However Tibet's tourism faces with some critical challenges in the areas of program designresource management and exploitationbalance between seasonsproduct development and market management. This paper focuses on the imbalance of Tibet's winter tourism and summer tourism. And it attempts to provide academic advices for developing winter tourism. In order to enrich tourism connotation and promote Tibet's winter tourismTibet shall exploit the advantages of cultural and ecological resources.
