复合载荷作用下连续油管椭圆度变化规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 连续油管缠绕在滚筒上时,由于弯曲、内压及轴向拉伸等复合载荷作用,会产生直径增长、截面椭圆化等现象。采用ANSYS软件建立连续油管完全缠绕在滚筒上的三维有限元模型。在内压和轴向载荷作用下,对其绕弯状态进行了变形分析,得到了完全缠绕状态的连续油管截面塑性区分布。分析了内压及轴向载荷对连续油管直径变化率和椭圆度的影响。结果表明:内压是缠绕在滚筒上的连续油管直径增长的主要因素;当内压达到一定值时,椭圆度趋于稳定。 Coiled tubing is wrapped in the roller,due to the internal pressure,bending and axial tension,diameter growth and cross-section ovalization will happen.In this paper,the 3Dfinite element model that coiled tubing is completely wrapped around the roller is set up throug hANSYS and deformation is analyzed under internal pressure and axial tension,distribution of coiled tubing cross-section plastic zone is obtained.At the same time,it is concluded that the internal pressure and axial load exerted the influence on the diameter change rate and the ovality,the results showed that internal pressure is the main factor of coiled tubing diameter growth.When the internal pressure reaches a certain value,the ovality tends to be stable.
