摘要
多功能光杆密封器是超稠油热采井口装置的重要部件,具有现场带压更换抽油光杆的功能,还可对胶芯进行定期更换,实现快速更换光杆密封盘根的目的。为了优化结构,采用Pro/E三维软件进行实体建模,并对其进行三维应力、应变校核。该产品的应用解决了后期抽油光杆带压更换的难题,为稠油热采井日常生产、作业提供技术支撑。
The multi-function smooth rod sealing device is an important component of super heavy oil thermal recovery wellhead device,its design and application solves the field replacing with pressure pumping rod function,can also carry out regular replacement of the rubber core,realize the quick replacement of pumping oil pan root purpose.The whole design using Pro/E 3Dsoftware for solid modeling,and carries on the three dimensional analysis of the stress,strain and check.The application of the product solves the problem of the late sucker rod column operation under pressure,as with pressure workover provides equipment support.
