摘要
随着连续油管作业机的发展,连续油管拖动喷砂射孔环空压裂工艺已经在现场施工中获得成功。由于井下工艺管柱及地面工艺流程等原因,该技术在国内没能实现大范围的推广应用。对目的层的高精度定点喷砂射孔要求,在一定程度上制约了该工艺的大范围推广应用。为了解决上述问题,研制了一套用于连续油管的无线套管接箍定位器。该接箍定位器采用模块化设计,维修及通用性强。通过接箍定位器过套管接箍时产生的悬重变化能够精确判断工艺管柱在井内的实际位置。通过实际入井试验及现场应用,证明该接箍定位器能够满足施工要求。
With the development of the coiled tubing operation machine,the coiled tubing drag abrasive perforating and annulus fracturing technique was used successfully in fields.Because of the disadvantages of downhole tools and ground process,the technology can not achieve a wide-range popularization and application in the domestic.High accuracy requirements of drag abrasive perforating of target layer restricted the large scale promotion application of the technology.Thus,a set of wireless coupling locator used in coiled tubing drag abrasive perforation of multistage fracturing was designed.It was modular designed,easily-repaired,and for general purpose.According to suspending weight change generated when the coupling locator go through the casing coupling can accurately judge the actual location of the downhole tool within the well.The well test and field application showed that the coupling locator can meet the construction requirements.
