摘要
简述了修井机液压盘式刹车系统的工作原理。指出现有XJ-650型修井机的气控带式刹车存在的问题。采用液压盘式刹车系统对该修井机进行技术改造,适应深井、复杂工况井等修井作业要求,并且使施工的劳动强度下降,安全性明显增强。
The working principle of hydraulic disc brake system of the hydraulic disc brake system is described in this paper.The problem of the existence of the pneumatic control belt brake for the XJ-650 type of the well is put forward.The hydraulic disc brake system of the workover rig is adapted for technological reformation,which is suitable for workover operation in deep and complex well conditions,and the construction of the labor intensity is decreased,security is obviously enhanced.
