摘要
铝电解槽的磁流体设计结果是针对某一组特定的参数而得出的。在实际生产过程中,电解槽的状态往往会与设计的理论状态有较大的差异,这样,其磁流体状态也会随之发生变化。为此,对实际生产中可能会影响到磁流体状态的因素,如铝水平,槽短路,槽壳结构,钢棒结构等对磁流体的影响进行了研究,从而定量分析了这些因素的影响,为具体措施的选择提供了依据。
The MHD status of one cell is determined for one preset group of parameters. In practice, cell status is usually different from the theoretical one, so the MHD status will be changed consequently. In this paper some influencing factors on MHD in practices are quantitatively studied and analyzed such as aluminum level, cell stoppage; shell structure, collector bar structure, etc, so as to provide support for any measures to be selected.
