摘要
在长白山野生天麻生长地采集树叶,进行萌发菌菌株分离、纯化、制种,选育出8个菌株;通过长白山乌秆天麻种子萌发试验,成功筛选出1个优良菌株。该菌株具有菌落规则、菌丝白且粗壮、气生菌丝短、菌膜厚密、抗性强、索状联合明显、菌丝生长旺盛等特点;与引进的GM-8103和GM-8104天麻种子萌发菌相比较,可提高长白山乌秆天麻种子萌发率60%和12%。
The leaves were picked in wild Gastrodia elata f.glauca growing place of Changbai mountain.The isolation, purification and seed production of germination bacterium strain were carried to select 8 germination strains.One fine strains was selected successfully through seed germination experiment of Gastrodia elata f.glauca in Changbai mountain. This strain had the characteristics of regular bacterial colony, white and thick mycelium, short aerial mycelium, dense bac-teria, strong resistance, obvious cord-like joint, vigorous mycelial growth and so on.Compared with the introduction GM-8103 and GM-8104 Gastrodia elata f.glauca seed, it can increase germination rate of Gastrodia elata f.glauca seed in Changbai mountain 60%and 12%.
