摘要
移动增强现实技术顺应了知识经济时代学习实时性、情境性、交互性要求,为员工培训模式创新提供新的技术方案。本文对移动增强现实技术理论及其应用实践进行梳理,结合电网企业业务和班组员工培训现状,提出移动增强现实技术创新电网企业班组员工培训模式的实施框架,并对其投入产出价值进行讨论,服务班组员工岗位胜任能力持续提升。
Mobile augmented reality just meets the high demands of real time, situated and interactive learning in this knowledge economics age, that provides the new technical conditions for the innovation of staff training model. Firstly, this paper systemly reviews the theory of mobile augmented reality and its practical application. Then, combining with real business of power grid enterprises and the current condition of its staff training, we propose a new implementation framework to push innovation of power grid enterprises' team staff training model. Then, the value of inputs and outputs was analyzed. Finally, we hope can make significant progress to promote all staffs' job competence.
