摘要
压缩组织层级,精简组织员工,缩短指挥链长度,优化业务流程,建立扁平化组织架构是治愈"大企业病"的一剂良药。特别是大型国有企业从计划经济下的行政机构演变而来,"大企业病"更为突出,亟待改革。本文选取HB公司作为研究对象,探索了国有企业实现扁平化组织的路径,通过案例剖析,尝试辨别国有企业改革过程中的挑战与关键因素。针对西方企业和国有企业的不同,对现有理论的不足给出了建议,希望促进和指导国有企业扁平化改革。
Building a fiat organization has been regarded as heal for giant corporation problems by reducing the levels of hierarchies, downsizing the number of employees, shorten the length of orders and optimizing the business processes. Most of the state owned corporations were evolved from governmental institutions under command economy, therefore giant corporation problems are more prominent and in desperate need for organizational structure reform. This study takes HB Grid Company as example and explores the path of realizing flat organization. It also attempts to identify the challenges and key factors state owned company faces when performing fiat organization reform. Specific advices are proposed to existing theories considering the differences between western companies and Chinese state owned companies which promotes and guides state owned corporations how to perform flat organization reform.
