摘要
本文以云商模式下的零售企业组织结构变革为研究主题,以苏宁云商为案例分析对象,在简要介绍苏宁云商O2O经营模式的基础上,重点分析了其战略转型过程中组织结构的变革,并从理论上讨论了战略与结构的动态关系和事业部制结构在互联网零售企业中的优势所在,以期为我国传统零售企业战略转型过程提供管理启示和参考价值。
The reform of organizational structure of retail enterprise under E-commerce mode is our main research issue and Suning is selected as an example of this analysis. Based on the brief introduction of the 020 e-commercial mode of Suning, we analyze its organizational structure reform during strategic transformation. The dynamic relationship between corporate strategy and its organizational structure and the strength of division structure in retail enterprise is also discussed theoretically. In the end, we expect to provide some practical and theoretical implications for the strategic transformation process of domestic traditional retail enterprise.
