摘要
从雇佣关系的角度出发,出租车司机与出租车公司之间究竟是何种关系,由于出租车运营模式的不同,可能会得出不同的结论。而互联网的兴起,导致专车司机与网络平台公司之间的关系如何认定变得更加复杂。本文从传统劳动关系确认的相关理论入手对互联网背景下的出租行业用工关系问题进行了探讨。
From the perspective of employment relations, what the relationship between the taxi drivers and taxi enterprises should be dependent upon different operating models thus with different answers. As the emergence of the Internet, the identification of tbe legai relations between the 6fiver of special car and the Internet enterprise has become very complex. The paper elaborates on issues regarding employment relations in the sector of taxi by analysing theory of labour relations confirmation.
