摘要
日本长期重视企业的职业教育,员工的职业能力开发是以保障"能力权"为基础的,如今又提出了"企业人"与"社会人"相统合的崭新理念,将生产经营的发展与劳动者个人能力的提高相结合,开发职务行为能力和社会生活能力。主要方法有自我培训、在职培训、教育培训等。多元化现代社会的职业能力开发要以员工的"保有能力"为基础,从实务的角度加以设计,并进行科学评价。同时通过建立完善法律政策对职业能力开发加以保障和促进。
In Japan, the occupational education has long been emphasized. And protection of 'right to having capacity' is the foundation for the development of occupational capacity. According to the latest idea, namely combining 'corporate man' with 'societal man' means that both the behavioral capability and social ability can be optimized via integrating production with employees' individual ability. The main methods include self-training, on-work training and educational training. The employees' 'restoring ability' is supposed to be the basis for multiple modern societies. From the practical perspective, it can be designed can commented scientifically. Meanwhile, the occupational development can be secured and promoted by completing law system.
