摘要
创业活动作为当前的一个热点议题,受到政府、企业与高校的重视。以514名高校大学生为研究对象,本文考察了创业机会感知、创业自我效能感与创业人格特质组合因素对创业意向的影响。结果显示,创业机会感知、创业自我效能感与创业人格特质组合对创业意向均有显著正向影响;创业机会感知在创业自我效能感、创业人格特质组合与创业意向关系中有显著中介效应;创业自我效能感在创业人格特质组合与创业机会感知、创业意向关系中有显著的中介效应;此外,这三者在对创业意向的影响上还存在着一定的协同作用。本研究发现能在一定程度上为创业相关理论与实践提供支持与参考。
As the hot issue now, entrepreneurship activities are highly paid attention by the government, enterprises and universities. Taking 514 students in the universities as the research objects, the influence of perception of entrepreneurial opportunities, perception of entrepreneurial self-efficacies, and entrepreneurial personality traits combination for entrepreneurial intention were analyzed. As a result, perception of entrepreneurial opportunities, perception of entrepreneurial self-efficacies and entrepreneurial personality traits combination had the obvious influence on entrepreneurial intention. Moreover, perception of entrepreneurial opportunities had mediating effects on the relationships among perception of entrepreneurial self-efflcacies, entrepreneurial personality traits combination and entrepreneurial intention. Also, perception of entrepreneurial self-efficacies had mediating effects on the relationships among entrepreneurial personality traits combination, perception of entrepreneurial opportunities, and entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, such three factors had synergistic effects to entrepreneurial intention. To some extent, the findings of this study is to provide support for entrepreneurial theories and practices.
