非营利性组织员工情绪智力、同事关系与工作绩效的关系研究——以高校教师为例 被引量:2

摘要 采用方便抽样的方法对238位非营利性组织员工进行调研,检验员工情绪智力与工作绩效之间的关系,以及同事关系在其中的中介作用。研究发现:非营利性组织员工情绪智力与工作绩效之间呈现显著正相关关系;员工情绪智力对其同事关系有显著的正向影响;良好的同事关系有助于提升员工工作绩效;同事关系在情绪智力与工作绩效关系中发挥中介作用。研究结果表明非营利性组织员工情绪智力通过其同事关系显著影响了工作绩效。 The article made a survey of 238 employees in non-profit organization with convenience sampling method and examined the relationship between emotional intelligence and job performance and the mediating role of interpersonal re- lationship. The findings are as follows: there is a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and job performance of employees in non-profit organization; employees' emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on interpersonal relationship; good interpersonal relationship helps to improve job performance; interpersonal relationship plays a mediating role between emotional intelligence and job performance; and emotional intelligence has a significant effect on lob performance through interpersonal relationship.
