激光融脂在形体轮廓精细塑形中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的:探讨激光融脂技术在形体轮廓精细塑形中的有效性及安全性。方法:选择2013年10月-2014年5月就诊的就医者47例,男性8例,女性39例,平均年龄33.77岁;采用赛诺秀Smartlipo MPX激光融脂设备对其面颊部、下颌(颏)部、上臂(蝴蝶袖)、颈部、腹部等部位局部臃肿脂肪进行照射融解,对轮廓进行精细塑形。于术后即刻、1周、4周、8周、12周时分别拍照记录,评估治疗效果、术后皮肤紧致情况。术后3周时在同一部彩超上复查术区脂肪厚度。观察有无明显并发症出现。结果:术后47名就医者融脂处局部轮廓均得到明显改善,就医者对术后效果表示满意,彩超测量局部脂肪厚度明显变薄,约70%就医者局部皮肤变得更为紧致。术后恢复较快,无严重不良反应或并发症发生。结论:激光融脂用于身体局部轮廓精细塑形效果明显,同时可紧致肌肤,值得临床应用和推广。 Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of the laser lipolysis on fine shaping for body contour. Methods From Oct 2013 to May 2014,47 patients(8 male,39 female,an average age of 33.77 years)were received this operation.Cynosure Smartlipo MPXTM was applied for the cheeks, mental regions,necks,the upper arms,abdominal walls,etc.Follow-up was taken at the 1 week,4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks after operation.Each case was evaluated with postoperative effect,skin tightening extent,reprocessing time and postoperative complications and was taken photos of.Some cases received B-ultrasonography before and at 3 weeks after operation. Results Obvious improvement on the contour and skin tightening extent of the local region was achieved in all the patients after operation without serious or irreversible complication. Conclusion Laser Lipolysis,as a simple,minimally invasive and reliable method,can strengthen the effect of the local body contour shaping evidently.
