自体脂肪填充术的临床应用效果分析

Clinic application effect analysis of autologous fat granules filling operation

目的:探讨自体脂肪填充术的临床应用效果。方法:随机选择在本院治疗的97例行面部自体脂肪颗粒填充术治疗的面部软组织缺陷患者,分析临床治疗效果。结果:97例患者术后面部缺陷显著好转,填充部位较为饱满且线条轮廓较为自然,无严重并发症发生,疗效较佳。结论:对于面部缺陷患者而言,应用自体脂肪颗粒填充术进行治疗,不仅可获得较为满意临床疗效,而且安全性高、并发症降低,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical application effects of autologous fat granules filling operation. Methods 97 cases with facial soft tissue defect in our hospital given autologous fat granules filling operation were selected randomly.Then,we analyzed their clinical effects. Results 97 cases had good effects after the operation.The filling parts was plump and lines were nature,no severe complication occurred. Conclusion Autologous fat filling operation in treating face-deficient patients have accurate clinical effects and higher safety and is worthy of clinical application.
