口腔显微镜在楔状缺损充填治疗中的应用评价

Clinical evaluation of applying dental operating microscope for wedge-shaped defect filling

目的:对口腔显微镜在牙体楔状缺损充填治疗中应用的临床效果进行评价。方法:采用半口对照设计对我科32例患者120颗前磨牙唇颊侧楔状缺损进行Dyract-AP复合体充填治疗,其中实验组有60颗患牙在口腔显微镜下完成充填治疗,对照组有60颗患牙在无显微镜辅助情况下完成充填治疗。1周后观察悬突发生率,随访1年,对充填治疗总成功率进行临床评价。结果:1周后实验组的悬突发生率为3.3%,对照组为15%,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1年后实验组的总成功率为90%,对照组的成功率为75%,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用口腔显微镜能够提高楔状缺损的临床治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of applying dental operating microscope（DOM） for wedge-shaped defect filling. Methods Totally 32 clients 120 teeth with wedge-shaped defect from our department were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups according to semi-mouth control design.In test grouop 60 teeth were restored with Dyract-Ap under DOM,In control grou conrp, 60 teeth were restored without any magnifying device.The incidence rate of suspension and the total success were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of suspension in DOM group was 3.3%,while the control group was 15%.The total success rate in DOM group was 90%, while the control group was 75%.There was significant difference in incidence rate of suspension and the total success rate between the two groups.Test group was better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment effect of the restoration of teeth with wedge-shaped defect will be highly improved bv the application of DOM.
