摘要
目的:测量关中地区男性青少年错牙合患者面部软组织厚度,并分析其数学比例关系,探讨关中地区男性青少年错牙合患者面部软组织厚度特征。方法:选取180例关中地区男性青少年错牙合患者数字化头颅数字侧位片,选择面部中线9个标志点的软组织厚度进行测量研究,并进行统计学分析。结果:关中地区男性青少年错牙合患者的面部软组织厚度值范围为(4.28±0.60)mm^(17.32±2.20)mm;其相互比例关系为0.43±0.08~4.06±0.69范围。结论:关中地区骨性I类、II类、III类男性青少年错牙合患者面部软组织厚度相互之间在鼻底、上唇、下唇、颏唇沟处有显著性差异。面部中线软组织厚度之间存在相对恒定的比例关系,具有临床指导意义。
Objective To measure the craniofacial soft tissue thicknesses of male juvenile malocclusion sufferers in Guanzhong Region and to analyze its mathematics ratio relation,discuss the feature of them. Methods Craniofacial soft tissue thicknesses at 9 landmarks were measured with DR and statistically analyzed in 180 male juvenile malocclusion sufferers in Guanzhong Region. Results The measured values were from(4.28 _+ 0.60)to(17.32 + 2.20)mm of facial soft tissue thicknesses of male juvenile malocclusion sufferers in Guanzhong Region and from 0.43 + 0.08 to 4.06_+0.69 of its ratio relation. Conclusion There are significant differences in the basis nasi,upper lip, lower lip and mentolabial furrow among skeletal Class I,Class II and Class^lll in male juvenile malocclusion sufferers in Guanzhong Region.There exists fairly permanent mathematics ratio relation between craniofacial soft tissue thicknesses,with clinical significance.
